A matter of perception

It 's all about where we focus our attention...I mean we could focus on all the wars and killings and bloodshed which is so much a part of this now....or we can choose to appreciate a warm fire...a wonderful connection with a close friend...the sound of the wind as it blows through the pine tree and throws dustings of snow to the earth.
It's as if there is no middle way anymore: ' The glass is half full...or the glass is half empty.
It is up to us
And we are the ones who are creating our reality.
